About the Role
GAIA RECRUITMENT LIMITED is seeking a skilled Clinical Assessor to join our team in a Disability Assessment Specialist role. As a Clinical Assessor, you will play a crucial part in evaluating the clinical needs of customers and providing written reports to support their claims.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate up to four to five customers per day, taking clinical observations and creating written reports.
- Collaborate with the Department of Work and Pensions (DWP) to ensure accurate and timely decision-making.
- Participate in comprehensive training programs to enhance clinical knowledge and skills.
- Engage in ongoing professional development to maintain registration with the NMC and HCPC.
Requirements
- One year post-registration experience as an RGN/RMN/RNLD or Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, and Paramedic with the NMC/HCP.
- Excellent computer and IT skills, with the ability to type at 30 words per minute.
