About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Transformation Specialist to join our team at Big Red Recruitment. As an IT and Business Change Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting the planning, delivery, and tracking of both IT and business change initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Structured Change Management: Assist in delivering structured change management activities to support business transformation.
  • Process Efficiency Improvements: Identify and support process efficiency improvements, working with the Business Change Manager and wider teams.
  • Communications: Help deliver and manage communications for change initiatives.
  • Training: Contribute to training efforts by documenting requirements and supporting the design and delivery of training programmes.
  • Documentation: Document new processes for use in policy manuals, inductions, and as reference points for future change initiatives.
  • Project Planning: Plan and track project activities within the business change programme.
About You

You will be a detail-oriented individual with excellent organisational skills and a keen interest in process improvement and business change. A strong background in IT and business change project experience is essential for this role.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is approximately £35,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including opportunities for professional development and growth within the company.
