Job Title: Assistant Store Leader

Kate Spade is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Assistant Store Leader to join our team.

About the Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced retail professional to take on a leadership role and drive sales growth while delivering exceptional customer service. As an Assistant Store Leader, you will play a vital role in leading the store team and supporting the Store Leader in achieving business objectives.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff, customers, and stakeholders. They will also possess experience in a retail service environment and be proficient in using Microsoft Office software.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leveraging expertise to drive sales growth and improve store performance;
  • Developing and implementing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty;
  • Collaborating with the store team to achieve business objectives and deliver exceptional customer service;
  • Maintaining high levels of productivity and efficiency while meeting business targets;
  • Providing coaching and development opportunities for team members to improve their skills and knowledge;
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to inform decision-making and drive business growth.
What You Need
  • Proven experience in a retail service environment, preferably in a leadership or management role;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff, customers, and stakeholders;
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook;
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays;
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
