In the Direct Line Group, we're seeking a skilled Field Loss Adjuster to shape exceptional customer experiences. As part of our team, you'll be responsible for overseeing Home, SME, and Commercial claims, conducting on-site visits, and evaluating digital evidence. Your dedication to outstanding Net Promoter Scores will be reflected in your work.
As a Field Loss Adjuster, you'll report directly to the Field Manager and work towards surpassing key business metrics. You'll also have the opportunity to manage and own Home and Commercial claims, potentially retaining claims exceeding Delegated Authority. Additionally, you'll identify optimal claims settlement solutions to drive success in Home, SME & Commercial claims.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in the insurance industry, preferably in a field-based role, with knowledge of insurance policies, coverage limits, and claims processes. They should also have an understanding of current construction methodology and be located in and/or around the Cambridge area. A valid driver's license and willingness to travel are essential for this role.
