We are recruiting an NQ to 2 PQE Solicitor to join our client's Real Estate division in Edinburgh. This is a unique opportunity to work on a diverse range of commercial real estate transactions, including:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Landlord and tenant matters (leasing and lease management)
  • Investment acquisitions and sales
  • Commercial development projects
  • Housebuilder development work

The successful candidate will assist senior team members in managing, progressing, and completing real estate transactions for a variety of clients, including local entrepreneurs and international blue-chip investors. The position offers the chance to work on some of the largest real estate deals in the market, with high-profile clients, providing a platform to showcase legal expertise and make a significant impact in the industry.

Requirements:
