We are seeking a talented Manufacturing Coordinator to join our team in Kingston upon Hull. As a key member of our production team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our production schedules.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and manage production schedules to ensure smooth and efficient operation of production timelines.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders, including production, procurement, and sales teams, to gather relevant information and update schedules as needed.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure the supply chain is in balance to meet production requirements and avoid delays.
  • Manage production risks and identify potential issues, such as supply chain delays, staffing issues, or machinery downtime, and take steps to mitigate these risks.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in production and supply chain planning in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong communication skills, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, for managing schedules, inventories, and reporting.
  • Experience working with ERP systems to manage production data and inventory systems effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and stay organized under pressure.
  • Attention to detail, with a keen eye for ensuring accurate plans and meeting timelines without fail.
