Plumbing Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Plumber to join our team at HMP Portland. As a Plumber, you will play a vital role in maintaining the smooth and safe operation of our facilities.

• Maintain and repair plumbing systems, including heating and water systems
• Ensure compliance with Water Supply Regulation and Control of Legionella L8 requirements
• Work on commercial or industrial heating and water systems
• Contribute to a safe and secure environment for prisoners, employees, and visitors

• Two years' experience working in a role as a plumber or equivalent
• Familiarity with relevant health and safety requirements
• Good working knowledge of relevant health and safety requirements
• C&G 6189 Plumbing and domestic heating or equivalent qualification
