About the Role:

  • Developing in-depth knowledge of Electric Vehicles, including features, benefits, and customer concerns.
  • Building strong relationships with customers to alleviate concerns and promote the benefits of EVs.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest government initiatives and industry developments.
  • Driving our BYD partnership forward and becoming an ambassador for the latest EV technologies and products.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences.
