Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Home Care Support Worker. As a key member of our care team, you will provide personalized support to our service users, assisting with daily living tasks, personal care, and medication administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out intimate personal care with dignity and respect
- Support service users to meet their personal outcomes and goals
- Assist with general household duties, meal preparation, and medication prompts/administration
- Follow 'Health and Social Care standards: My Support, My Life' guidance at all times
