Job Title: Valuer (Estate Agency)

Location: Nuneaton

Basic Salary: £25,000 - OTE £35,000 - £40,000+ (uncapped)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-5:30pm, with every other Saturday 9am-12:30pm

Job Summary: We are seeking an ambitious Sales Valuer to join our team at The Recruitment Experts. As a Sales Valuer, you will be responsible for conducting valuations, selling professional photography, and creating write-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting valuations and providing accurate reports
  • Selling professional photography services to clients
  • Updating the CRM system with property information
  • Creating engaging write-ups to showcase properties
  • Developing a system to follow up on previous valuations

Requirements:

  • At least 12 months of experience in estate agency
  • Presentation skills to meet with new clients
  • Confidence in front of a camera to record property videos
  • Ability to create new leads and identify opportunities for conveyancing and mortgage referrals
