Residential Conveyancer Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Residential Conveyancer to join our team at BranWell Ford Associates Limited. As a key member of our property transactions team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a diverse caseload of residential property transactions, ensuring the best interests of our clients are represented throughout the process.
  • Advise clients on all legal aspects of conveyancing matters, including sales, purchases, freehold, leasehold, and shared ownership cases.
  • Assist clients with Right to Buy and new build transactions, providing expert guidance and support.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with our established panel of agents and lenders, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
Requirements:
  • Qualified Solicitor (NQ+ upwards), Legal Executive, or Licenced Conveyancer with experience in managing residential property caseloads.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with clients and colleagues.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional client service and achieving successful outcomes.
