Your key duties will include:
  1. Acknowledge and welcome customers in all areas

  3. Support the hosting and wider casino team
  4. Prepare, cook, season and present menus according to recipe standards
  5. Comply with HACCP and food safety regulations

  7. Optimize stock management, ordering and usage to reduce waste and minimize costs
  8. Encourage feedback from customers and colleagues to enhance the quality of our offerings and surpass customer expectations
  9. Maintain cleanliness throughout food preparation and service zones


This exciting opportunity comes with a competitive salary of around £28,800 p/a (based on a 16-hour workweek and an hourly rate of £11.44 + premium).
