We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Qualified Electrician or Approved Electrician to join our team at Penguin Recruitment. As a commercial electrician, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional workmanship across various contracts in the Midlands region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in covering reactive maintenance, planned, and upgrades
  • Deliver high-quality electrical work in commercial settings
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve project goals
  • Provide excellent problem-solving and organisational skills
  • Ensure timely completion of tasks and projects

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years industry experience
  • Previous commercial and install/maintenance experience
  • Knowledge of all electrical systems in commercial settings
  • Knowledge of Testing and Inspection would be ideal but not essential
  • Effective problem-solving & organisational skills and be able to work well as part of a team
  • Organisational and time-keeping skills
  • A full clean driving licence

Essential Qualifications:

  • City & Guilds Level 3
  • AM2 (or equivalent qualifications) / Time Served
  • 18th Edition
  • 2391 test and inspect or 2394/5 preferred
