Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality care and support to young people, working in partnership with social workers and other agencies to achieve the best possible outcomes.
- Develop and implement individual support plans, tailored to the needs of each young person, to promote their physical, emotional, and social well-being.
- Support young people in developing essential life skills, including education, employment, and training, to prepare them for independent living.
- Work collaboratively with the support team to ensure the delivery of high-quality services that meet the needs of young people.
- Act as a role model, promoting the values and principles of Baca Charity, and demonstrating a commitment to equality, diversity, and inclusion.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with young people, staff, and external partners.
- Knowledge of safeguarding practices and procedures, with the ability to respond to incidents and concerns in a timely and effective manner.
- Ability to work flexibly, including occasional evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of young people and the service.
