About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to lead our HR Casework Services team at HM Treasury. As Head of HR Casework Services, you will be responsible for overseeing the work of your team, providing expert advice to senior managers, and ensuring that our HR policies and procedures are up-to-date and effective.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead employee relations casework, ensuring that managers are supported with accurate, timely, and robust advice.
  • Provide expert advice and support to Treasury senior managers on employee relation casework matters.
  • Oversee the development, implementation, evaluation, and communication of disciplinary and attendance management policies and procedures.
  • Project lead the introduction of a new casework management system, ensuring accurate record keeping and value for money.
  • Oversee the provision of workplace adjustments, ensuring a best practice approach.
About You

You will be a CIPD qualified HR professional with experience in overseeing a full range of HR casework, HR policy, and workplace adjustment activities. You will have a proven track record of dealing successfully with situations at senior level and of a confidential and sensitive nature.
