We are seeking an experienced Chef to join our team at The Gables, Great Yarmouth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and cook high-quality meals for up to 34 residents
• Deliver a nutritious menu that meets the various dietary requirements
• Liaise with residents to create home-cooked dishes
• Maintain good kitchen practices and food hygiene standards
• Collaborate with the catering team to create themed nights and classic roast dinners
Requirements:
• Professional kitchen experience
• Good organisational skills
• Knowledge of good kitchen practices and food hygiene standards
• NVQ qualifications preferred
