NHS Lothian is seeking passionate and motivated individuals to fill various Healthcare Support Worker roles. As a Healthcare Support Worker, you will play a vital part in delivering high-quality patient care and supporting our healthcare teams.

The roles available are:

  • Band 3 Trainee Healthcare Support Worker: This role is suitable for individuals with relevant experience and a willingness to learn. You will be paid at a Band 2 level while undertaking educational and clinical competencies to enable you to take on the full range of duties within the Band 3 Job Description.
  • Band 3 Senior Healthcare Support Worker: This role is ideal for individuals with experience in healthcare and/or SCQF level 6/7 in a healthcare-related subject. You will be responsible for the full duties within the Band 3 Job Description.
