Job Description: Histopathology Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Biomedical Scientist with a strong background in Histopathology to join our team in a busy NHS hospital based in the East of England.

The successful candidate will have at least 6 months of UK experience within a Histology laboratory and the ability to deliver high-quality results efficiently.

Responsibilities:
  • Proven expertise in Microtomy, cutting between 20-30 quality sections per hour.
Benefits:
  • A competitive hourly rate of £22.50 dependent on experience, estimated annual salary: £46,800 - £62,400.
  • Varying hours between 7:00-17:00, Monday to Friday.
  • Ongoing Locum Contract.
  • Bi-weekly payments via an accredited umbrella company.
