Ganymede is seeking a skilled Risk Manager to lead risk management activities and support the digital transformation of project delivery. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for identifying, capturing, analyzing, and reporting project risks, issues, benefits, and lessons learned. You will work closely with senior leaders to shape risk strategies for groundbreaking developments and ensure the effective management of project risks. Your expertise in risk management software and quantitative risk assessment tools will be essential in driving business performance and project safety. Key responsibilities include:

* Implementing and overseeing risk management plans for complex and innovative projects
* Collaborating with senior leaders, project teams, consultants, and contractors to manage project risks and opportunities
* Approving and risk rating new digital tools to ensure alignment with business appetite for risk control and innovation
* Leading the development and tracking of mitigation actions and regularly updating risk registers
* Training and coaching project teams on risk management frameworks and quantitative techniques

Requirements:

* Project controls experience with a solid background in managing risks within project controls
* Technical expertise in risk management software and quantitative risk assessment tools
* Problem-solving skills with experience using risk management techniques such as Monte Carlo simulations and three-point estimates
* Proactive and detail-oriented approach with the ability to adapt to change and ensure projects remain on track

Preferred qualifications include a BSc/MSc in a relevant field or equivalent vocational qualification, risk software practitioner training, and experience with planning software.
