We are collaborating with Eclectic Recruitment Ltd to find an accomplished Senior Conformance Engineer to join their team in Cambridge. This is a permanent full-time position offering hybrid working options.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing comprehensive test plans to ensure products adhere to internal and industry standards.
  • Collaborating with the team to develop product testing roadmaps.
  • Analyzing conformance and testing results to provide detailed technical reports to senior stakeholders.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry regulations and specifications for SAR, EMC, FR.
  • Maintaining and developing test history documentation.

To excel in this role, the ideal candidate should have:

  • An Electrical or Electronics Engineering degree (BSc/BEng/HND) or relevant experience.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in product compliance, approvals, and testing.
  • Proven experience working within an Agile environment.
  • Expertise in RoHS, WEEE, and REACH regulations.
  • Certification in FFC/CE.
  • Experience with EMCD and LVD directives.
  • Knowledge of non-EU approval requirements.
