Mixology Expert

We're currently recruiting for skilled Mixology Experts to create expertly crafted drinks and provide exceptional customer service in a Defence environment on a part-time basis, contracted to 20 hours per week.

As Bar Staff, you will utilise your skills to deliver first-class service and perfectly presented drinks to our customers. Please note: This role is contracted to 50 weeks per year

• Preparing perfectly blended drinks and serving high-quality food that delights our customers
• Maintaining an effective bar service with an emphasis on high-quality, efficient service
• Keeping the bar area clean
• Having a perfect knowledge of all beverages served in the bar, how to prepare them and how they should be presented
• Receiving and processing payments (cash and credit cards)
• Being an enthusiastic team player and excellent communicator
• Representing Defence and maintaining a positive brand image
• Complying with Food Handling & Hygiene standards
• Complying with Health & Safety regulations

The estimated salary for this role is £19,500 - £22,000 per annum based on a part-time contract of 20 hours per week.
