Security Professional

As a Security Officer with Sodexo, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of our customers and colleagues. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and make a real difference in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor premises to prevent rule infractions and ensure a secure environment for all.
- Conduct regular patrols to maintain a visible and reassuring presence.
- Respond promptly to alarms and security incidents, using your skills and experience to resolve situations effectively.
- Enforce company policies and procedures, upholding the highest standards of security and safety.
- Complete detailed reports on incidents and observations, providing valuable insights for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- You must hold a current SIA Licence.
- Proven experience as a corporate security officer or relevant position is beneficial, but not essential.
- Strong observational and communication skills are essential for success in this role.
- You will be able to handle emergencies calmly and effectively, using your knowledge of basic security operations and procedures.
