This Specification Sales Manager position is responsible for promoting our range of roofing and waterproofing solutions to architects and main contractors.
The successful candidate will have a strong track record of winning specifications and will be able to work effectively with a variety of stakeholders.
The role involves inheriting a significant project bank which will help to achieve next year's sales target, and working on a pipeline of live projects and projects going through the tender process.
Focusing on new build projects such as commercial projects, schools, public buildings, factories, blocks of flats etc., product training will be provided.
We are looking for someone who is highly motivated, self-driven with a keen ambition to succeed and progress, and must be a team player with a professional approach to working.
The estimated salary for this position is £80,000-£85,000 uncapped OTE (£50,000-£55,000 basic), plus fully expensed Hybrid or Electric Car & Full Benefits.
