We're passionate about exceptional service, and as a Receptionist at our Brighton Hospital, you'll play a vital role in delivering this experience to our patients.
Role Overview:
This is a permanent contract position, working full-time hours of 37.5 per week. You'll be based at our Brighton Hospital, one of our flagship locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to patients and visitors, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment.
- Manage incoming calls, respond to enquiries, and book appointments with efficiency and professionalism.
- Welcome patients personally, directing them to the correct waiting areas or departments.
- Work closely with colleagues to maintain a smooth-running department, meeting the needs of patients and staff alike.
- Prepare clinical paperwork, referral forms, charge sheets, and terms and conditions accurately and efficiently.
Your Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you'll need great communication, IT, and keyboard skills. Experience in healthcare administration or on reception would be advantageous, as would empathy and customer service skills to build positive relationships with patients and colleagues.

A Competitive Salary:
