About the Role

Vacancy Filler is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Communications Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our communications team, you will be responsible for creating and delivering high-quality digital and written communications tailored to diverse audiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive communications strategy to enhance the visibility of Vacancy Filler and our services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create engaging content, including social media posts, blog articles, and press releases.
  • Manage and maintain our website and social media platforms to ensure consistency and accuracy of information.
  • Assist with award submissions and campaign planning to promote Vacancy Filler's services and achievements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Media, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Proven expertise in media management and audience engagement across various platforms, including social media, photography, and video.
  • Strong skills in proofreading, editing, and writing, as well as proficiency in media editing software such as Photoshop and Premiere Pro.
  • Excellent time management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • A creative mindset and a passion for utilizing technology to enhance communications.
