Job Summary

The Business Development Representative will play a key role in driving revenue growth and pipeline expansion across the DACH region. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a quota-carrying position, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role
  1. Develop creative strategies to target decision-makers and overcome objections to book sales appointments and grow our revenue
  2. Help identify and qualify leads/sales opportunities from marketing campaigns
  3. Utilise German language skills to drive sales growth and pipeline hand-in-hand with Account Executives and the Global Head of Business Development
  4. Research prospects and identify stakeholders to generate interest and create rapport
  5. Follow a prescribed sales outreach cadence for maximum effectiveness
  6. Achieve established activity targets for number of outbound calls/hours spent conducting calls to meet or exceed sales lead quotas
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant topic area or equivalent experience
  • Prior hands-on experience in a quota-carrying position (SDR, BDR)
  • Previous experience in a SaaS company
  • Experience with outreach such as cold calling, emailing, and developing nurture campaigns
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Fluency in German
