About the Role

At Swift Software, we are seeking a highly skilled professional to oversee the implementation of ISO20022 and cross-border payment standards. This role requires strong analytical and communication skills to collaborate with financial institutions, service providers, and industry associations.

We estimate the annual salary for this position to be around $120,000 - $180,000, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field, and 5-10 years of experience in the financial industry. Familiarity with international standards and their impact on the financial system is also essential. Advanced certifications in finance or related fields are a plus.
