We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Night Manager to join our team at voco Zeal Exeter Science Park. As a Night Manager, you will be responsible for leading the Front Office team as the Manager on Duty, making decisions and solving problems. Your role will include running night audit, health and safety checks, and dealing with all guest requests.

- Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service.
- Manage and maintain accurate records and reports, including night audit and guest feedback.
voco Zeal Exeter Science Park is a 4-star hotel located at the entrance of Exeter Science Park. We offer 142 stylish bedrooms, a restaurant and bar showcasing local produce, a mini gym, gardens, and versatile meeting space. Our hotel is 100% electric and has a car park with 12 EV charging points.
