About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Event Manager to join our team at MET Marketing. As an Event Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of a variety of healthcare events, including exhibitions, conferences, and product launches, on a global scale.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage event planning, execution, and evaluation for a range of events, from small-scale meetings to large-scale conferences.
  • Develop and implement event strategies to achieve business objectives, including increasing brand awareness and driving sales.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and logistics, to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Manage event budgets, including planning, tracking, and reporting on expenses.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in event management or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing events, including exhibitions, conferences, and product launches.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to travel internationally, as required.
