Mental Health Services Coordinator

A competitive salary package is available for this position, offering a minimum of £34,900 per annum, rising to £37,227 per annum, plus a £5,000 welcome bonus and enhancements. This role also includes free on-site parking and 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays.

Key Responsibilities- Participate in developing new services and care pathways.
- Support the local implementation of the Nursing Strategy.
- Promote continuous quality improvement within the service.
- Hold an active NMC PIN with at least 12 months of post-qualification experience.
- Demonstrate a positive attitude and commitment to change, improvement, and quality.
- Show the ability to use flexible and innovative approaches to practice.
- 50% additional for overtime hours.
- 15% additional for night shifts between Monday and Friday.
- 15% additional for day shifts on Saturdays and Sundays.
- 20% additional for night shifts on Saturdays and Sundays.
