We are seeking a skilled and motivated Barista Maestro to join our team as a Lead Barista. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and leading by example.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to take on a leadership role and develop your skills in a fast-paced environment. As a Lead Barista, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting your colleagues in delivering outstanding customer service
- Maximising sales and revenue through effective inventory management and stock control
- Training and developing new Baristas to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to succeed
- Staying up-to-date with new recipes and ranges, and sharing your knowledge with the team

As a Lead Barista with Costa Coffee, you will receive:
- A competitive starting salary of £12.33-13.33 per hour, rising with training to £12.83-13.83 (dependent on store location)
