TRS Consulting is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Field Service Engineer to join our team.

The Role

We are looking for an individual with a strong background in field service or technical support, gained within a high-value electronic capital equipment environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing expert technical support and repair services for a wide range of sophisticated medical systems, utilized within theatres, NHS departments, and private healthcare environments.
  • Liaising with external customer contacts, including clinicians from within the NHS and private independent healthcare organizations and laboratories.

The ideal candidate will possess impeccable customer service skills, an interest in IT, and the ability to remain confident in customer-facing environments. Applications are encouraged from field service engineers with experience in AV/audio-visual, medical device, biomedical engineering, laboratory device, surgical systems, print press, semi-conductor, ex Forces, and other areas of electronic manufacturing.
