Key Responsibilities

As a Fiduciary Diligence Manager, you will support and deliver high-quality risk-based due diligence and ongoing monitoring programs for fund managers, fund accountants, transfer agents, and custodians.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Implementing and executing the risk-based Depositary service monitoring and oversight program in support of the business strategy.
  • Providing team support and guidance and undertaking delivery of jurisdictional business fiduciary oversight and assurance programs for all fund managers, their delegates, and custodians in line with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborating, managing, and being a point of escalation for all custody, fund accountant, transfer agent, and client oversight-related issues, ensuring service levels are set and driven to high standards in a changing environment.
Key Skills

To thrive in this role, you will need experience in regulatory and operational risk identification, assurance testing, independent oversight using audit and risk management methodologies.

You will also bring a strong understanding of custody, depositary, and fund administration and transfer agency business and relevant regulations.

Additionally, you will need:

  • Proven ability to provide good, reliable, and robust management information.
  • Ability to manage various stakeholders using excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
  • Good influencing and negotiation skills and the ability to develop effective working partnerships both internally and externally across a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Strong ability to work under pressure, managing diverse initiatives without compromising quality.
  • Ability to coach and share specialist knowledge with others to aid their understanding and decision making.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
