Job Responsibilities:
  • To support the existing team in all yard duties and horse care
  • To ensure the safety and welfare of horses, career students, staff, and all clients
  • To support safe working practices and observe the Employer's Health & Safety policy at all times
  • To be able to follow instructions, work solely or as part of a team
  • To keep the Centre Manager informed of any issues that may arise
Personal Specification:
  • To be punctual, professional, and reliable
  • To be committed to the role and take pride in your work
  • To be fit and healthy for the role and the demands of an outdoor all-weather sport

  • To hold a minimum of BHS Stage 2 care, however experience within the industry will be considered
