Job Title: Credit Controller

Our client, a reputable organization, is seeking a skilled Credit Controller to join their team. As a Credit Controller, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the sales ledger and maintaining a high level of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reconcile sales ledger accounts and housing association accounts in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Collate and bank all residents' finance cheques, ensuring prompt payment processing.
  • Resolve unallocated cash balances efficiently, minimizing financial discrepancies.
  • Respond to queries from sites and local authorities, providing effective solutions.
  • Journal monies from old Fox IP accounts to Foundry accounts, maintaining accurate financial records.
  • Request evidence of mileage after invoicing, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Produce an updated analysis of overdue debt, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Chase invoices by phone or email to reduce debtor balances and debtor days.
  • Set up new standing orders and renew existing ones annually, streamlining payment processes.
