Job Summary:

CMC Consulting Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Finance Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing financial expertise and support to our Property Leadership Team and Group-wide Finance Function.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support investment appraisals and financial performance management of major projects.
  • Assess and analyze acquisitions, disposals, and major capex projects, providing recommendations and advice to senior stakeholders.
  • Own and manage the monthly Property Board investment proposals, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Coordinate and manage property capex projects, including business case development and stakeholder engagement.
  • Partner with stakeholders to drive business growth and improve financial performance.

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical and modeling skills, with a proven track record in property finance.
  • Ability to understand and navigate a large, complex organization.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to think strategically.
