About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Consultant Forensic Psychiatrist to lead our Medium Secure Service. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert clinical leadership and overseeing the management of patients with complex needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a multi-disciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care and treatment
- Develop and implement innovative services to improve patient outcomes
- Collaborate with other clinical teams to ensure seamless pathways for patients
- Provide mentorship and support to junior doctors and other team members
About the Service
Our Medium Secure Service provides care and treatment for working-age males with mental illnesses. As a Consultant Forensic Psychiatrist, you will work closely with our team to develop and implement services that meet the unique needs of our patients.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- MRCPsych or equivalent qualification
- CCT in Forensic Psychiatry, Old Age Psychiatry, or General Adult Psychiatry
- Experience in leading a multi-disciplinary team and developing innovative services
