Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Artwork Administrator to join our team at Mpeople Recruitment Ltd. As an Artwork Administrator, you will be responsible for producing high-quality visuals for customers and jobs bags for our Print room, supporting the overall business and department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receiving artwork from customers to create templates and amending, manipulating customer designs and creating visuals.
  • Working with templates to create visuals on Adobe Illustrator and occasionally Photoshop.
  • Amending visuals/artwork to meet customer specifications and emailing changes and amendments to other members of the team as required.
  • Updating customers regarding any changes of delivery date on internal bespoke systems.
  • Liaising with internal and external printers and printing visuals and films used to create the visual.
  • General administration tasks.

Requirements:

  • Confident using Adobe Illustrator and able to use Photoshop.
  • Experience in a similar role is desirable, however, training will be given.
  • Confident communicator and good at multitasking, with a high attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Well organised and able to work both independently and as part of a team, with strong IT skills and Microsoft Office packages.
