**The Role:**

We are seeking qualified part-time instructors to enhance the student learning process in the Division of Mathematics, Natural & Behavioral Sciences.

You will provide traditional delivery instruction on either the Chester or Midlothian campus of the college, teaching courses such as developmental math, Introduction to Mathematics, Mathematics for Liberal Arts I-II, Precalculus I-II, Statistics, Applied Statistics, and Calculus I-II.

**Requirements:**

To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of a master's degree with 18 graduate semester hours of coursework in the specific discipline. Excellent interpersonal and communications skills are also essential.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

Prior teaching experience at the postsecondary level and the ability to use instructional technologies are highly desirable.

**Compensation:**

The salary for this position is commensurate with experience and education, but we estimate it to be around $40-$60 per hour based on similar positions in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
