Job Title: Private Client Solicitor Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join our team at ACS Recruitment Solutions Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to clients on a range of private client matters, including probate, wills, trusts, and tax. Key Responsibilities: * Dealing with the administration of estates from start to finish, including the preparation and application for Grant of Probate and Letters of Administration. * Completion of and dealing with all tax forms, in respect of Inheritance Tax, Income Tax, and Capital Gains Tax, and advising on the same. * Attending to house clearances where appropriate, collecting in and realising assets, and paying liabilities. * Distributing the estate and preparing income and distribution accounts. * Advising on Tax mitigation and Deeds of Variation and dealing with the same. Wills and Trusts: * Taking instructions and advising as necessary on wills and trusts. * Assessing the capacity of clients, where necessary. * Providing advice on Inheritance Tax, Income Tax, and Capital Gains Tax, and Tax Mitigation. * Drafting, preparation, and attesting of wills. * Applying for Statutory Wills, where necessary. Trusts and Tax: * Advising generally on trusts. * Providing advice on Inheritance Tax, Income Tax, and Capital Gains Tax, and Tax Mitigation. * Drafting trust documents. Requirements: * Qualified Solicitor with experience in private client law. * Strong knowledge of probate, wills, trusts, and tax. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
