We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Experience Specialist to join our team at Dallas Holdings - Pret A Manger. As a key member of our shop team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that all beverage prepared drinks meet the required standards.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for coffee, and a keen eye for detail. You will work closely with our team to maintain high-quality beverages, provide a warm welcome to customers, and ensure a clean and safe environment.

In this role, you will:

• Prepare and serve high-quality beverages to our customers;
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety guidelines;
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to queries and concerns in a friendly and professional manner;
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive shop environment;
