About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Building Surveyor to join our Property and Asset Management Team. This permanent role will involve delivering high-quality customer-focused repairs, planned and reactive maintenance, and project delivery. The ideal candidate will have experience in using AutoCAD as part of design projects, a strong background in health and safety, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and controlling expenditure, managing a varied workload, and working knowledge of building refurbishment works to current standards. They will also prepare and submit planning and building regulation applications, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements
We are looking for an experienced Building Surveyor who can demonstrate the following skills:
  • Effective use of AutoCAD for design projects
  • Strong background in health and safety relating to design and construction
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

What We Offer
