Job Title: Accommodation Night Concierge

Portland Brown Ltd is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Accommodation Night Concierge. As a key member of our residential team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Guest Service Delivery: Provide exceptional service to all guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  2. Meet and Greet: Welcome guests, visitors, and contractors in a courteous and professional manner.
  3. Complaint Resolution: Forward guest complaints and breaches of lease to the relevant parties.
  4. Enquiry Handling: Respond to incoming telephone, intercom, email, and face-to-face enquiries efficiently and positively.
  5. Ownership of Guest Experience: Take ownership of the complete guest experience from arrival to departure.
  6. Stakeholder Liaison: Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to arrange engineer visits and building maintenance.
  7. First Impression: Meet guests, assist with luggage, and ensure they receive an outstanding first impression.
  8. Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot minor maintenance and technology issues.
  9. Quality Audits: Perform housekeeping quality audits, apartment quality audits, and inventory checks.
  10. Health and Safety: Complete health and safety and security-related tasks.
  11. Enquiry Recording: Respond to general enquiries from guests, ensuring they are recorded accurately on our CRM database.
  12. Site Inspections: Perform frequent site inspections and patrols, reporting any issues found and taking a proactive approach to resolving them.
Requirements:
  1. Previous Experience: Previous experience in a similar role.
  2. Organizational Skills: Organized with strong time management and prioritization skills.
  3. Adaptability: Ability to adapt and work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
  4. Autonomy: Ability to work on own initiative and autonomously.
  5. Self-Motivation: Self-motivated, hardworking with drive, ambition, and enthusiasm.
  6. IT Literacy: IT literate: Internet Explorer and Microsoft Office. Training will be provided for OSCAR and QuickBooks.
  7. Accuracy: Accuracy and attention to detail.
