Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced nurse to join our committed and supportive Cardiology Team as a Physiological Sciences Accreditation Manager. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop their leadership skills in an acute cardiac setting and progress their nursing career.
This is an excellent secondment opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated nurse who is looking to extend their knowledge and skills in an Acute Cardiac/Medical environment. The team is committed to providing outstanding care for every patient and works closely with the wider multi-disciplinary team to achieve this goal.
Main Duties of the Job
- The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a supportive and committed team to achieve accreditation in physiological sciences.
- They will also have the chance to develop their leadership skills and progress their nursing career in an acute cardiac setting.
- The team is committed to providing outstanding care for every patient and works closely with the wider multi-disciplinary team to achieve this goal.
What We Look For:
- An experienced Band 5 or 6 nurse with motivation and passion to work with a supportive and committed team.
- Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills, looking to build relationships with the wider multi-disciplinary team.
- Ambition and drive whilst maintaining excellent standards of care.
- The ability to support, supervise and assess others in their learning whilst demonstrating strong leadership skills.
