Job Summary

As the Chief Technology Officer at Ascot Group, you will be responsible for leading the IT Delivery Team to execute the company's 3-year technology strategy. This involves combining people, process, and technology to deliver projects and services at a planned, predictable, and sustainable pace, on-time and on-budget.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reporting to the CIO, you will have overall responsibility for executing the technology strategy.
  • Working closely with the COO functions and Project Management Office to ensure seamless and consistent project delivery.
  • Managing projects, prioritizing them, ensuring they are resourced with effective project management, and managing them in line with Ascot standards.
  • Contributing at leadership level, engaging, liaising, and providing support to all stakeholders.
  • Providing technical guidance and helping build and execute strategies for business development and growth.
