We are seeking an experienced Senior Store Operations Manager to join our team in this Full-Time role. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, retail store management, and leadership.

Job Description
  • Line Management: Provide guidance and support to Shack Team Leaders in all areas of their role.
  • Order Process Understanding: Ensure orders are placed within guidelines and facilitate efficient order processing.
  • Rota Preparation: Prepare staffing rotas to meet business requirements within budget constraints.
  • Shack Standards Training: Uphold and enforce Shack standards training, including visual merchandising guidelines.
  • Keyholder Responsibilities: Act as a keyholder for the Shack, encompassing First Aid and Fire Marshalling training.
  • Full Shack Oversight: Maintain overall responsibility for Shack operations, adhering to health and safety policies and compliance.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within furniture, homewares, or fashion.
  • Leadership skills, including recruitment, team development, and employee lifecycle management.
