- Provide preventative health care advice and adhere to the practice prescribing formulary.
- Participate in the audit process, evaluation, and implementation of plans and practice change to meet patient needs.
- Contribute positively to the effectiveness and efficiency of the team and work colleagues.
The Village Medical Centre is a forward-thinking, dynamic practice serving 10,200 patients across two sites. We are a training practice with a strong focus on education and professional development. Our team includes 5 GPs, 2 ANPs, 2 Nurse Prescribers, 3 HCAs, 1 Pharmacist, and 3 Physician Associates. We work collaboratively with our PCN and have a strong commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
