Job Description

We're seeking a skilled Service Charge Accounts Administrator to join our team in Ringwood. As a member of our Accounts and Finance team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the successful completion of Service Charge accounts for multiple retirement developments across the UK.

Key responsibilities include managing the development budgets process, performing bank reconciliations and producing 'Year End' accounts. You'll also compile Audit Files, prepare development budgets and deal with Homeowner queries about their service charges and accounts.

To succeed in this role, you'll need excellent organisational skills, a friendly communicator and a team player who enjoys being part of an office-based team. You'll also require previous experience of using Microsoft Word and Excel, ideally to intermediate level, and be educated to a minimum of GCSE level C / 5 (or equivalent) in Maths and English.
