Claims Resolution Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Claims Resolution Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will handle a variety of claims, working to reduce elapsed timescales and fostering a proactive approach to file management.
The role involves processing invoices and approving estimates within 5 working days, issuing interim fees as required, and maintaining accurate management information through spreadsheets.
A strong background in domestic and commercial claims is essential, along with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities- Process all invoices and approve estimates within 5 working days
- Take responsibility for issuing interim fees during the claim life cycle
- Maintain accurate management information through spreadsheets
- Reduce elapsed timescales by providing a proactive approach to file management
- Identify cases of possible fraud and recoveries, referring as appropriate
- High level of property loss adjuster experience
- Recognized professional qualifications at diploma level
- Accuracy, attention to detail, and analytical approach
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Demonstrable experience of organizing and managing own workload
