About the Role

The successful Senior Building Surveyor will be responsible for managing clients and delivering professional and project duties, including due diligence and building surveys, defect diagnosis, fire risk assessments, and contract administration. The role will involve working closely with clients across various sectors, including private, commercial, and public.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage client relationships and deliver high-quality services
  • Conduct due diligence and building surveys, defect diagnosis, and fire risk assessments
  • Administer contracts and ensure timely completion of projects
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve business objectives

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

MRICS qualification (desirable)RICS-accredited degree (essential)Relevant experience in a similar sectorCommercial acumen and strong communication skills
